Cancellation Policy

Boldly investment – CANCELLATION POLICY

Boldly Investment acts as a travel coordination and booking intermediary. We connect you with carefully selected, independent third‑party suppliers. All travel services are provided by independent suppliers, including hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, and medical facilities. Each booking is subject to the cancellation, amendment, and refund policy of the specific supplier chosen for your service. Supplier policies always take priority and will override any general Boldly Investment platform policy where there is a conflict.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or an approved official communication channel. The effective cancellation date is the date on which Boldly Investment receives your written cancellation request. Verbal or informal requests are not considered valid and will not be processed. Our proactive approach: Once we receive your written request, we immediately contact the relevant supplier, confirm the applicable cancellation terms, and update you on all available options (including any fees, refunds, or alternatives).

Cancellation conditions depend on several factors, including: The type of service booked (hotel, tour, transportation, rental property, etc.). The specific supplier’s own rules and terms. The timing of your cancellation. Depending on the supplier, your booking may be subject to: Free cancellation within a clearly defined period. Partial refunds with penalties or fees if cancelled after that period. Fully non‑refundable conditions for certain special offers, promotions, or last‑minute deals. Boldly Investment cannot modify, override, or waive any supplier’s official cancellation rules. Our role is to clearly communicate those rules to you and help coordinate your request with the supplier.

Some bookings are clearly marked as non‑refundable by the supplier. For non‑refundable bookings, no refund will be issued in case of cancellation, regardless of the reason (including personal, medical, or scheduling changes). These conditions are always communicated to you before you confirm your booking, so you can make an informed decision.

Coordination role: Boldly Investment acts as a travel coordination and booking intermediary, managing communication, confirmations, and changes between you and the supplier. Service fees: In some cases, Boldly may charge a service or coordination fee for handling bookings, amendments, or cancellations on your behalf. These fees are separate from any supplier penalties or charges. Non‑refundable fees: Any service or coordination fees charged by Boldly are non‑refundable, even if the supplier offers a partial or full refund. Upfront disclosure: Where applicable, all service and coordination fees will be clearly communicated to you before you confirm your booking or request a change, so you can decide whether to proceed.

A “no‑show” occurs when a traveler does not arrive or does not use the booked service (hotel stay, tour, transfer, rental property, etc.) without cancelling in advance through an accepted written method. In most cases, no‑show bookings are treated as fully used and are non‑refundable, in line with the supplier’s policy. The supplier may also charge up to 100% of the booking value for a no‑show, especially for hotels, tours with fixed departure times, and rental properties. Boldly Investment cannot waive or reduce no‑show charges set by suppliers but will help you confirm the final outcome and any documentation provided by them.

All change requests must be made in writing via email or another approved official communication channel. Every amendment (such as date changes, name corrections, or service modifications) is subject to the specific supplier’s rules and availability. Some suppliers may allow: Free changes within a certain period, or Changes with additional fees or fare/tariff differences, or No changes at all for certain promotional or non‑refundable bookings. Boldly Investment cannot guarantee that any requested change will be approved, but we will always: Submit your request to the supplier, Inform you of all possible options, fees, or restrictions, and Proceed only after you confirm how you wish to move forward.

Refund eligibility depends entirely on the supplier’s cancellation and refund policy and the timing of your request. Boldly Investment will only process a refund once it is confirmed and approved by the supplier. Refund route: Approved refunds are generally returned using the same payment method used for the original booking, unless otherwise stated or required by the payment provider. Processing time: After supplier approval, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on banks, card issuers, and payment processors. This timeline is outside Boldly Investment’s direct control. Partial refunds and fees: Any supplier penalties, non‑refundable components, or Boldly service/coordination fees will be deducted from the total refund amount (where applicable). Communication: We will inform you of: The refund amount approved, Any deductions or fees, and The expected timeline for funds to appear, based on the information provided by the payment provider.

Force majeure events are circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Boldly Investment or its suppliers, such as war, civil unrest, natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions, strikes, or major disruptions to transport or essential services. In the event of force majeure, services may be changed, postponed, or cancelled by suppliers, authorities, or other parties involved in delivering your trip. Standard cancellation, amendment, and refund rules may not apply in these situations. Any solutions (such as credits, rebooking options, or partial refunds) will depend on the supplier’s policy and decisions at that time. Boldly Investment is not liable for losses, additional costs, or consequences arising from force majeure events, but we will always: Support you in communicating with suppliers, and Seek the best available option offered by them on your behalf.

If you need to cancel or change your trip due to medical reasons, you must notify Boldly Investment in writing as soon as possible and provide any supporting medical documentation requested (such as a doctor’s note or hospital report). All medical‑related cancellations and changes remain subject to the supplier’s own policies, including whether they accept medical grounds for a refund, date change, or credit. Some suppliers may: Offer a date change or credit instead of a refund, Apply reduced penalties, or Maintain a non‑refundable status even in medical cases, depending on their terms. Boldly Investment does not independently approve medical refunds, but we will: Submit your request and documentation to the supplier, Ask for the most favorable option available, and Inform you of the final decision and any applicable fees.

Partial use means you only use part of a booked service (for example, checking in late, leaving early, skipping parts of a tour, or using fewer nights than originally booked). In most cases, partial use does not create any right to a refund for the unused portion, in line with the supplier’s policy. Hotels, tour operators, transport providers, and rental property owners may treat the full booking as consumed, even if you only use part of it. Boldly Investment cannot guarantee refunds or credits for any unused portion of a booking due to late arrival, early departure, or personal schedule changes. Where a supplier does offer a goodwill gesture, credit, or partial refund, we will pass this on to you and clearly explain the conditions.

If you are dissatisfied with a service, you should first contact Boldly Investment in writing as soon as possible so we can review your case and communicate with the supplier on your behalf. Many issues can be resolved more quickly and effectively through direct coordination with Boldly and the supplier than through a bank or card dispute. If you decide to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, Boldly Investment will: Provide them with all relevant booking records, supplier terms, and communication history, and Clearly explain the applicable cancellation, refund, and no‑show rules. Please note that initiating a chargeback does not guarantee a refund, especially where the booking was non‑refundable or clearly subject to supplier penalties. In cases where a chargeback is found to be unfounded or inconsistent with the agreed terms, Boldly Investment reserves the right to: Rely on the supplier’s decision and documented terms, and Seek recovery of any losses, fees, or penalties incurred as a result of the dispute, where permitted by law.

Boldly Investment may update or modify these policies at any time to reflect changes in supplier terms, legal requirements, or our internal service standards. Any updated version of this policy will be published on our website and will apply to new bookings made after the effective date of the update. For existing bookings, the policy version in place at the time of booking will generally apply, unless changes are required by law or by a supplier’s mandatory conditions. We encourage you to review this page regularly to stay informed about the latest terms that may apply to your travel arrangements.

By making a booking through Boldly Investment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these cancellation, amendment, refund, and related policies, as well as the specific terms of the chosen supplier. By completing payment, you also acknowledge that: Supplier rules may include non‑refundable or partially refundable conditions, and Boldly Investment acts as a booking and coordination intermediary, applying supplier policies on your behalf. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with the booking or should contact Boldly Investment before confirming your reservation.
